Oh. My. God.
So. Fucking. Sad.
Poor House.
I know a lot of people won't agree, but DS/Doris Egan hit a home run with this episode. St. Doris sits firmly on her throne. Wilson was #1 all the way to the end. Thank you, Doris, for relegating Cuddy to the background and placing Wilson up front where he belongs. Best scene? Cuddy bringing House to Wilson's office.
Couple thoughts (probably not very coherent, though):
HA! I KNEW it wasn't real. The last 15 minutes of Under My Skin NEVER made sense to me. The 12 hour detox and the OOC "I always want to kiss you."? I knew it.
OMG House wakes up naked!!! How freaking cute was he in his bathrobe? Unfortunately, despite focusing all my mental energy on it, it didn't fall off.
House was HAPPY! Part of me wanted it to be true just because it was nice to see the guy happy. I loved all the little smiles. Sweet.
Can't quite say I understood the whole "making Cuddy angry" thing. Then again, I always have to watch every episode at least twice in order to catch/make sense of everything. Sometimes I'm so mesmerized by Hugh that little things like plot details pass right on by me.
Carl Reiner couldn't possibly have been any more adorable. I felt so bad for him when House told him he had a tumor. Poor thing.
KUTNER!!!! I really miss Kutner.
God, the ending. Made me cry. Also made me yell at the TV "WILSON! HUG HIM! PLEASE, PLEASE HUG HIM!!" The last look between them is still playing over and over in my mind. WHY DIDN'T WILSON HUG HIM??
Sigh. Four long months until season 6.

Though I desperately wanted to see Wilson hug him (cuz I think poor, lost House could use one), I have to say that it's in character for him not to.
