Just finished watching House's Head and Wilson's Heart on USA. So sad.

Poor Wilson. And House just breaks my heart when he talks about Wilson hating him.

I like the version of "Teardrop" that they play while everyone says goodbye to Amber.

House has GREAT music, all the time. Not just the songs they choose to play each week, but the background music is just gorgeous. And on top of all that we get the added bonus of listening to Hugh play!

I can't hear ANY of the songs played in that episode, without tearing up.

Music influences emotions so much. I have a hard time listening to Saturday Afternoons in 1963 by Rickie Lee Jones without getting weepy. It was the song they played at the end of Paternity when House was watching the lacrosse game.

My heart just broke for him, standing there looking down at his cane and no doubt thinking about all the things he can't do any more and all the pain he is in. Watching him limp across the field was so moving, and the song had such a plaintive sound to it that it fit perfectly.
