Just finished watching House's Head and Wilson's Heart on USA. So sad.
Poor Wilson. And House just breaks my heart when he talks about Wilson hating him.

One of the most heartbreaking parts is definitely House talks about Wilson hating him - it just hurts to listen to him in the scene on the bus because it's one of the few times I think we've seen him so vulnerable.
And whoa Hugh's eyes are so blue in this scene they're almost distracting. This man has such breathtakingly blue eyes that I can and have gone on and on and on about them.

I love these two episodes. I cried throughout Wilson's Heart (especially during the DBS when House was crying and the white bus scene at the end), but I stayed away from tearjerkers this weekend so it wasn't so bad. I hate to see men cry for some reason. It's always so much sadder than when women cry.
Anne Dudek, RSL and Hugh all did an amazing job!

Oh agreed the lighting in that scene had something to do with his eyes looking so blue but there are many other times throughout the series they're looked just as blue and the actress who played the patient of the week from "Not Cancer", the second episode of Season 5 wrote on her blog that yes his eyes really are THAT blue.
I love these two episodes.
I have to say I do as well especially since it was by watching Wilson's Heart that hooked me for sure to House. Up until I watched it I'd watched an episode here or there but that one was just angsty and poignant I decided right then I'd be tuning in during the new season and I spent the off season last year catching up on the episodes I hadn't seen.

Let's see I think the moment that sets me off to crying in Wilson's Heart has to be when we see House was crying because it is House and because as you said it's so much more sadder to see a man cry. On that note of men crying, RSL also about did me in during this episode because Wilson's agony just radiates off of him. The part where Wilson and Amber say goodbye alone was enough to about do me in and then the scene on the bus just made it worse.

Oh I completely and 100% agree!
The tearjerkers I watched this weekend were Finding Neverland and ironnically enough Dead Poets Society since what happens to RSL's character in that is what mainly sets me off whenever I watch that movie.

I haven't seen Dead Poets Society since it first came out (and my memory sucks so I'd have to see it again to remember it), but I'd like to see it now that I've seen RSL in House.

You and me both, hon. You and me both.
It's funny as lovely as HL's eyes are I am glad they don't always look THAT blue because they would distract me from what's being said/done in an episode.

And I was a kid at the time so I didn't see it when it came out because frankly it wouldn't have interested me. I actually rented it last year and proceeded to cry like the last 30 minutes of it because of what happened to RSL's characters and because of the very last scene of the movie.

That's why I watch House episodes multiple times. (My best friend thinks I'm a raving lunatic.) The first time is to see the PotW and how they solve the problem. The second time I watch it is to pick up details that I missed the first time. And each time after that, it's totally so I can focus on Hugh completely. My favorite eps are the ones where Hugh really showcases his acting chops (Three Stories, One Day, One Room, HH/WH, Detox, Simple Explanation, etc.). I am SO looking forward to the end of this season because I think it's going to be amazing.

Nah you're not a raving lunatic -- well not to us who understand where you're coming from.

Hmmm I might have to adopt this stance on my House viewing because it's impossible to pick up everything the first go around especially with the first time watching an episode ever.

Oh I know what you mean about the episodes Hugh really his acting chops -- Three Stories, One Day One Room, HH/WH, and Detox are definitely on my list for stunning acting from him. I also love his acting in the moments House has shown compassion for someone else like in One Day One Room or Autopsy in Season Two (the scene where House goes to talk to Andie to ask her what she wants). I would also say anytime we've seen House hurt either emotionally or physically are where Hugh does some of his best acting (for example the end of Daddy's Boy... the look on House's face when he's talking to Cameron not to mention how hurt he sounds just makes my heart hurt for him).
I am SO looking forward to the end of this season because I think it's going to be amazing.
Yeah I think it's gonna to be amazing too although I kind of hate how we're at the last three episodes of the season already :( The summer is gonna be soooooooooooo long!

That's why I'm here! It's nice to talk to people who are just as obsessed as I am. My friend actually watches the show, but she's one of those faithful but casual viewers who just thinks House is a total jerk and is lucky that Wilson is his friend. I try to tell her that it isn't so, that there is so much more to it than that, but she'll never be as obsessed as I am so it's kind of a losing battle. I have fun arguing with her, though!

I agree with all of this. Totally.

Hugh's going to kick ass in the last few eps of this season. I just know it's going to be heartwrenching.
I just don't understand how anyone can watch Hugh's portrayal of House and not be as
in loveobsessedin awe as we are.The summer is gonna be soooooooooooo long!
That's for sure! It's going to be hard to wait for season 6, but at least I can get my House fix (thank God for USA, Season 1-4 DVDs, and Season 5 on iTunes!).
