Music influences emotions so much. I have a hard time listening to Saturday Afternoons in 1963 by Rickie Lee Jones without getting weepy. It was the song they played at the end of Paternity when House was watching the lacrosse game.
My heart just broke for him, standing there looking down at his cane and no doubt thinking about all the things he can't do any more and all the pain he is in. Watching him limp across the field was so moving, and the song had such a plaintive sound to it that it fit perfectly.
