I think if I had to define House's feelings for Wilson in canon, they are more about the subconscious than the conscious. The amount of time and energy and attention he wants from Wilson is equivalent to that of a married couple or a soulmate, not a male, heterosexual friend. I don't think he realizes this consciously. Or if he does, he's in denial about it. Wilson is too. I think the idea that House is who he longs to be with, over anyone else, is sort of scary to him, even disregarding the possibility of homosexuality.

I agree that House wants more from Wilson than what one would expect from a friend. His jealousy over Wilson's relationships is an obvious manifestation of that expectation. I'm not sure that it's all subconscious, either, for either one of them.

I would love to see DS and KJ take a really bold and risky step and explore the possibility of a House/Wilson relationship. It'll never happen, but it's on my Christmas list.

Yeah I concur about Cuddy. I LOLed when Huddies were like "oh but who did House choose in House's Head to imagine stripping?" Well if I had to look at that woman, falling out of her clothing every day at work, I'd probably hallucinate her stripping too. Seriously?

He hallucinated Cuddy for three reasons: one, she already dresses like a stripper (and NONE of the other women on the show do), so it wasn't hard to take it one step further; two, she is always deliberately swinging her ass and boobs all over the place like a stripper; and three, she's the only one that constantly throws herself at House. Even Cameron was more subtle and that's saying something. (In her defense, though, Cuddy/LE has a beautiful body.)

Considering all the shitty things Cuddy has done to House, this season alone, I'm surprised he can even maintain an erection in her presence.

I don't know how anyone can still look at her with anything but contempt. Making him quit so that he could follow her advice and try a new method of pain management (then doing a complete 360 on the whole thing)? Putting a tripwire across a crippled man's doorway? Pretending the elevators were broken so the poor soul had to climb FOUR flights of stairs? Stealing his can so that he had to use a mop bucket to get around (this just mad me so sad for him)? Drugging him so that Wilson can take him to his father's funeral (which neither have the right to make him go to)? The aforementioned torture of House by taking over his office after blaming him for ruining hers?

Yeah, she's his "one twu wuv" alright. I can totally see it.
