I hope we get to see more of Happy!Foreman. He was so much more interesting before this season. I also really wish we could've seen Pantsless!Wilson roaming the neighborhood looking for his "House"! Getting arrested, though, is not so cute.
But mostly I agree about the Cuddy= sexual predator thing. I've read some (very good, some not as good) fics about Wilson as a sexual predator, but none about Cuddy. Of course, the PTB will probably pass it off as "original" or "appropriate for the characters" or "House-like" instead of what it actually is, which amounts to rape (ymmv, but it will freak me out if it does.)
I hope that the scene is part of a hallucination. If not, I hope TPTB don't try to explain it away or dismiss it. It isn't appropriate under any circumstances, and if a man did it he'd be in jail for it.
