My favorite Elton John song is "Blue Eyes", whenever I hear that song I only think of Hugh. I think House may be one of those INCREDIBLY rare males who actually doesn't really care much what a woman looks like, remember he didn't insult pregnant photographer lady and she really was not attractive (she had a very spooky resemblance to the late Linda McCartney) and he seemed more amused than grossed out by crazy syphilitic granny lady's crush on him. of course this may be wishful thinking on my part because I have a giant crush on him and I look like crap.
