OK, Betagoddess, I'll bite. Here are my top 10 things that lower my stress levels:
-peace and quiet
-warm sunshine on my face
-reading M/K slash
-NICK, NICK, NICK, NICK and MORE NICK (and I DON'T mean Nickelodeon!)
-chocolate (mmmmmm...Nick covered in chocolate ::licks lips lasciviously::)
-going for a long drive in my PT Cruiser
-playing on my beloved computer
-shopping
-very long, very hot shower
-anywhere that I can close my eyes and listen to the sound of moving waters (rivers, streams, waterfalls, the ocean, etc.)
I am also not going to tag 5 people as I believe everyone has gotten this already.
And now I am going to do #11 on my list of things to do to relax - nighty night!
